Must admit I’m relieved EotR doesn’t have the lineup that made me jealous now. Two big names - Whitney I would have loved to have seen and tUnEyArDs (is she still doing that?!) missing means I don’t have that FOMO that nags and bristles.
Miss those N American (& Aussie) acts… it’s not right, is it.

For those of you at Green Man, May I heartily recommend Tarot from this lot. Utterly brilliant.

I realise that I have become a stereotypical English weather moaner but......
I am a little concerned about green man seeing as how our summer this year has been so wet and cool. It's a festival that always feels on the edge of rain based misery so this year could go horribly wrong.
Incidentally, it has rained almost constantly here since Friday.

For me, Green Man similar to Latitude in that the Friday is absolutely stacked, with Saturday and Sunday being a lot thinner. Having seen a number of the acts already at Latitude or FarmFest will potentially help me with some clashes. I need to do a bit more listening, but acts I'm particularly looking forward to already: Working Men's Club The Lounge Society The Surfing Magazines Boz Azooga Lazarus Kane Shame Porridge Radio Going to see you a fair bit Have plenty of 'green' (want to see) but currently 'blue' (must see as a priority) are: Thurs: Wet Leg PVA Fri: Fenne Lily Lounge Society Boy Azooga Lazarus Kane (Can't choose between Shame and Egyptian Blue clash later) Sat: Bugs Lump Mogwai Sun: King Hannah (and probably Fontaines) Lounge Society were on our 'def try and see' list, but I've just watched a live set from KEXP and its, um, not very good!

Good luck to all those about to sail on the good ship Green Man. Suffice to say I am quite jealous.
May your festival stay dry, the scenery stunning, the cider cold, the sets epic and the atmosphere as welcoming as it always is under sugarloaf mountain. X

If you go to the Green Man and it doesn’t rain at all was it really the Green Man?
Joking aside - wot Moz said.

Hi James, you probably already know about them, but for me the stand-out GM act that is also going to be at EOTR is Lazarus Kane. Assuming I remain Covid-free, you'll find me on the Tipi Tent barrier for their set. Probably next to River Lodge.

Thanks, Lazarus Kane is on my radar so looking forward to that and will see you on the barrier (if any room left!)
Will definitely come over and say hi and probably see a fair few around the site given it's size. No doubt we will all be at the front for W. H. Lung (although looks like they are going to clash with Black Country, New Road (luckily I have tickets for both later this year)

Bring your mullet with you. Not sure I'll make the Thursday yet, but if I did I'd catch Regressive Left properly. They were on Film & Music at Latte and sounded really good (it was their first ever gig?).

Green man was utterly brilliant. I'll prob share more detailed thoughts later, but it has cemented it's place as my number 1 festival.
