We are touring in our motorhome, do the exclusions apply to items inside our motorhome which we don’t plan to take outside it’s confines ie glass, knives, water etc ? I totally understand if these were taken onto the festival grounds but if remain within our van?

I totally understand if these were taken onto the festival grounds but if remain within our van? Technically, yes, especially with glass. In reality, it's years since I've seen them actually check anything in a campervan/motorhome on arrival (even then it was just spot checking). You do sometimes get asked if you've got any glass etc. on board - that's the most that's happened to us in the past 4 years or so.

Hi Angie, you can take gas canisters that are up to or under 2,75 kg and you can cook outside yes, there's a list of things you can and can't bring on the website under the info section, enjoy you 1st time 😊 Apparently not. I just emailed them as there’s one part of the website saying under 2.75kg and on the new restrictions list it says less than 250g. Here’s their answer: “Hi The policy on gas has changed, the maximum is 250g.”
