*Moz to thread*
Could this, or something similar, be used to archive the full content of the old forums? I can definitely foresee many occasions when there might be questions and queries or misremembrances that will lead us to wish we had an archive somewhere, however clunky? Just a thought... I'm a little way in, up to page 5.....interesting to remind us that Melyn 'employed' Annie to constantly monitor the forum....and then stopped. Also that he was going to ban camping chairs from Scary & Comedy, big ole shame that didn't happen.

shame there was no easy way to download PM's in/out from the old site as that would be useful to keep

Good find fiveuke. Marc is pretty clever when it comes to computers and he found a way to 'download' the website, so I could have it saved on the computer. In theory I think it could then be reloaded to a different website address and carry on, BUT downloading it only seems to download the one page you're on, so to be able to browse it you'd literally have to do the same for every page of the forum that existed.
